Mr. Louie F. Ocampo started his career in the Provincial Government of Pangasinan in the Human Resource Management and Development Office (HRMDO) ni 2007.
He started off as a staff assistant of the Human Resource Management & Development Officer in the development of human resource management systems such as Performance Management Systems, Quality Management Systems, Total Quality Management, Competency-Based Learning and Development Programs, Health & Wellness Programs, and other organizational development programs of the Provincial Government of Pangasinan.
His vast knowledge and experience in policy preparation and process development contributed to the acquisition of various recognition for the province through the HRMDO. Eventually, he led the Internal Quality Audit Team that covered various areas under the Administrative & Support Services in order to sustain the certification of the provincial government to ISO 9001:2015 on Quality Management System.
As a master in business administration, he applies his knowledge and years of experience in performing audit activities which continuously improve the process, operations, and services of all offices and hospitals of the Provincial Government of Pangasinan, one step at a time.
