Vice Governor

Vice Governor Mark Ronald De Guzman Lambino was born on May 2, 1982, in Dagupan City to Raul L. Lambino, former administrator and chief executive officer of Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA), and former Mangaldan Mayor Mary Marilyn De Guzman Lambino. He is married to Atty. Melanie Sia Lambino, a director of the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS) and they have a child named Luke.

Vice Governor Lambino obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Geography from the University of the Philippines- Diliman and earned his Master’s degree in Public Management from Ateneo De Manila University and Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Columbia in the United States

Previous to his election, he worked as an executive assistant in the office of the chairman and chief executive officer of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). He also worked in the House of Representatives and in the Senate.
