General Services Office

Atty. Maria Janelle O. Rosario is presently designated as the Officer-in-Charge of the General Services Office of the Province of Pangasinan.

A native of Binalonan, Pangasinan, she graduated from the University of Pangasinan with a Degree in Political Science before completing her Juris Doctor Degree at the University of Cordilleras, Baguio City.

She has previously served as a Consultant on Legal Affairs of the Office of the Governor. She worked in various law firms in Baguio City as an Associate Lawyer and Legal Researcher prior to entering the government service.

Notable Accomplishment
At the young age of 27, Atty. Rosario has been at the forefront of implementing key changes in the procurement procedures and streamlining processes to rationalize the effectiveness and efficiency of the General Services Office.
