From Manila: Depending on the route, the travel time to Pangasinan ranges from 3 to 4 hours via the Romulo Highway or 2 to 3 hours via TPLEX (Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway).
From Clark, Pampanga: It takes approximately 2 hours to reach Pangasinan from Clark.
