Board Member Rosary Gracia Peña-Tababa chairs the Committee on Children, Women, Senior Citizens, Family Affairs, and Social Welfare and is the vice-chairman of the Committee on Appropriations.

Before her election as a board member, she served as a city councilor in Urdaneta City where she was nominated as the majority floor leader. She headed the committee on Laws, Rules, and Privileges and the Committee on Women and Family Relations.

BM Tababa was born on October 8, 1976 in Baguio City. She earned her doctorate degree in Public Administration from Urdaneta City University. She also obtained her Master’s degree in Development Management Major in Public Management from Pangasinan State University in 2012. She received her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the College of the Holy Spirit in 1998 and her Bachelor of Laws from Saint Louis University in Baguio City in 2004.
