Hon. Philip Theodore E. Cruz

Board Member Philip Theodore Evangelista Cruz is the chairman of the Committee on Housing, Land Utilization and Agrarian Reform and vice-chairman of the Committee on Youth and Sports.

BM Cruz started his career as a public servant when he was elected as the SK Federation President in his native town of Mangatarem in 2010 and later elected as Municipal Councilor in 2019. Before his election as a municipal councilor, BM Cruz worked for Accenture Inc. as an associate software engineer for two years.

Board Member Cruz was born on July 19, 1995, in Dagupan City, Pangasinan. He is the son of former Congressman Teodoro “Teddy” Cruz. He attended Mystical Rose College of Science and Technology for his elementary studies. He then went to Mangatarem National High School for his secondary education. For his collegiate studies, he pursued his degree of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Far Eastern University- Institute of Technology.
