Board Member Jan Louie Quitlong Sison is the chairman of the Committee on Agriculture. He is also the vice chairman of the Committee on Environment, Natural Resources, and Energy.

Previous to his work as a board member, he served as a municipal councilor in Villasis, Pangasinan. He also served as Sangguniang Kabataan Federation President for five years.

BM Sison was born in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan on October 16, 1986. He attended Mother Goose Montessori Science Inc. for his elementary education. He went to Divine World College in Urdaneta City for secondary studies. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Saint Louis University in Baguio City. He obtained his Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Public Administration from Urdaneta City University.
