Ms. Vivian U. Oamil has worked in the provincial government in the last 31 years. She joined the provincial government of Pangasinan in August 6, 1990.

She finished Bachelor of Arts in English and Master in Public Administration.

Under her stewardship, PG-ENRO is committed to ensuring that the province’s natural resources are utilized efficiently, managed sustainably, and developed responsibly for the benefit of future generations.

She was born in Binmaley, Pangasinan on January 11, 1969. She is happily married to Crispin G. Oamil and is blessed with three children.
