Hon. Marinor B. De Guzman

Board Member Marinor Baltazar-De Guzman is the chairman of the Committee on Tourism, Foreign Affairs, and Migrant Workers Concerns. She also serves as the vice-chairman of the Committee on Education, Arts, and Culture and the Committee on Children, Women, Senior Citizens, Family Affairs, and Social Welfare.

In 1998 she was elected as Sangguniang Kabataan Chairwoman. She also served as a municipal Councilor in San Fabian, Pangasinan before being elected as the town’s municipal vice mayor where she served a single three-year term (2019-2022).

Board Member De Guzman was born on October 29, 1979. She attended East Central Elementary School for her Elementary education. For her secondary studies, she attended Francisco Q. Duque Medical Foundation Special Science High School. She earned her degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Saint Louis University in 2000.
