Mr. Leopoldo C. Arnaiz is a skilled life coach, trainer of champions, sportsman, educator, and character formation coach.

Before joining the provincial government, he was the life coach and sports director of the South City Church in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. He was also character formation and athletic director of the WCC Aeronautical and Technological College in Binalonan town and of the Vision of Hope Ministries in Pagsanjan, Laguna.

He also taught at South Ville International School in Las Piñas City while he was with the Philippine Football Federation as Board of Governor.

Mr. Arnaiz studied at the University of St. La Salle in Bacolod City and at De La Salle University in Manila, where he finished Liberal Arts, major in Psychology.
