Board Member Councilor Carolyn Dizon-Sison is a dedicated public servant and seasoned legislator, currently serving her sixth term as a councilor for Alaminos City from 2022 to 2025.
She holds the esteemed position of Majority Floor Leader of the city council and was elected unopposed as the Regional Chairperson of the Philippine Councilors League (PCL) Region 1. Additionally, she has assumed the role of President of the PCL Pangasinan Chapter, which allows her to serve as an ex officio Provincial Board Member in the Sangguniang Panlalawigan.
As the eldest daughter of former Board Member Danny Dizon, Carolyn is a proud mother of six and a grandmother to one. Over her 15 years of dedicated service, she has been elected three times as Vice President of the PCL Pangasinan Chapter and has also served as Vice Chairperson of the PCL Regional Chapter on two occasions. Her sterling credentials and humble achievements reflect her commitment to her constituents.
Throughout her tenure, Councilor Dizon-Sison has initiated numerous commendable programs, including the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Mobile Passport Service, local and overseas job fairs, One-Stop-Shop Health and Wellness initiatives, medical and dental missions, VAWC integration, maternal care, reproductive health services, cancer awareness programs, and online business name registration seminars.
In recognition of her noble initiatives and valuable contributions to her community, Councilor Dizon-Sison was honored as one of the Ten Outstanding Councilors of the Philippines (TOCP) in 2012 by the Philippine Councilors League. Additionally, she was recognized as one of JCI Philippines’ Most Outstanding Chapter Presidents in 2010 and as the Most Outstanding Alumna in Public Service by the Dominican School in 2012.
Board Member Carolyn Dizon-Sison graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, majoring in Accounting, from the University of Santo Tomas.
