Board Member Haidee S. Pacheco heads the Committee on Good Government and Accountability of Public Officers, Justice, and Human Rights and is the vice-chairman of the Committee on Economic Affairs and Ways and Means and the Committee on Barangay and Rural Development, Public Order and Safety.

Prior to her election as a board member of the 2^nd district, she served as vice mayor of Urbiztondo, Pangasinan.

Board Member Pacheco was born on August 10, 1975. She attended Urbiztondo Central School for her elementary education and studied at the Dominican School in Dagupan City for her high school studies. BM Pacheco holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication degree from the University of the Philippines Baguio and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Santo Tomas.
