Atty. Maria Janelle O. Rosario was Consultant on Legal Affairs at the Provincial Governor’s Office before she was designated to head the General Services Office.

But before joining government service, she worked in various law firms in Baguio City as an associate lawyer and legal researcher.

At a young age of 27, Atty. Rosario is now at the forefront in implementing key changes in the procurement procedures and streamlining processes to rationalize the effectiveness and efficiency of the General Services Office.

A native of Binalonan, Pangasinan, Atty. Rosario graduated from the University of Pangasinan, with a degree in Political Science, before completing her Juris Doctor degree at the University of the Cordilleras in Baguio City.
