Board Member Arthur C. Celeste, Jr. was born on August 05, 1997 in Dagupan City to Congressman Arthur F. Celeste and Chloue C. Celeste of Bolinao, Pangasinan. He attended La Salle Greenhills for his elementary and secondary education. He obtained his degree of Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and International Management from De La Salle College of Saint Benilde in 2020.
