Board Member Raul Ramirez Sabangan previously served as Barangay Captain from 2008 to 2010; Municipal Councilor from 2010 to 2016; Bayambang Municipal Vice Mayor from 2016 to 2022; Barangay Captain of Barangay Magsaysay from 2023 to present; and currently the newly-elected Liga ng Barangay (LnB) President-Pangasinan Chapter.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminology at the Lyceum-Northwestern University and his ETEEAP-Political Science at Pangasinan State University, respectively.

He also finished his Master’s Degree in Public Administration at the Lyceum-Northwestern University.

He is married to Ian Camille Castillo Sabangan and has three children.
