Board Member Joyce Fernandez is the current SK Provincial Federation President of the Government of Pangasinan. She graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of the Cordilleras in 2022. Additionally, she obtained her Civil Service eligibility in the same year.
Fernandez leads the Provincial Youth Development Council, which aims to be the focal point for youth-related advocacy.
