The Province of Pangasinan will be a recipient of one unit of land ambulance with medical supplies and accessories from Pitmaster Foundation, Inc., a non-profit corporation.
The Pangasinan provincial board authorized Governor Amado “Pogi” I. Espino III to sign a deed of donation with the corporation for the donation of the ambulance.
To formalize this, the august body approved Provincial Resolution No. 605-2021, authored by Board Member Jeremy Agerico B. Rosario during their regular physical session on July 12 held at the Pangasinan Training and Development Center II.
The resolution reads, “It is to the best interest of the Provincial Government of Pangasinan to sign the Deed of Donation and accept the ambulance from the Pitmaster Foundation, Inc. to further augment the need for medical service vehicles of the Province.”
It was noted that the non-profit corporation supports national and local government’s health programs and has been donating ambulances for the upgrading of medical and health care facilities.
“This ambulance can be used primarily by the Province to cater and respond immediately to the health necessities of the people especially in times of emergencies,” the resolution also stated.
