LGU-P’sinan awards initial 18 housing units to beneficiaries of Villa Maniboc Socialized Housing Project Phase II.  Governor Amado I. Pestano is among the 18 initial recipients who were given an opportunity to own a permanent and cozy house by the Espino administration. The housing site consisted of 129 homelots with a lot area of 90 square meters. To date, a total of 28 units were completed while 57 are undergoing construction while the rest are still in various stages of documentation needed prior to construction. Beneficiaries are employees of the Pangasinan Provincial Government, local government units and teachers.
