INVITATION to BID

Province of Pangasinan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors/contractors to bid for the hereunder project:

for the Contract           :           P 300,000.00

Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two (2) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. Non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria shall be used in the Eligibility/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. Post-qualification of the highest calculated bid shall be conducted.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).

The BAC will issue to eligible bidders the Bid Documents at the BAC Office 2nd floor Malong Bldg, Capitol Compound, Lingayen, Pangasinan upon payment of non-refundable amount of:

P200.00/project/bidder ——– for projects with an ABC of P 101,000.00 to P 150,000.00
P250.00/project/bidder ——– for projects with an ABC of P 151,000.00 to P 200,000.00
P300.00/project/bidder ——– for projects with an ABC of P 201,000.00 to P 250,000.00
P350.00/project/bidder ——– for projects with an ABC of P 251,000.00 to P 300,000.00
P400.00/project/bidder ——– for projects with an ABC of P 301,000.00 to P 500,000.00
P550.00/project/bidder ——– for projects with an ABC of P 501,000.00 to P 1,000,000.00
P1,500.00/project/bidder —— for projects with an ABC of over P 1,000,000.00

The Province of Pangasinan assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation for their bids. Moreover, the Province of Pangasinan reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals, waive any formality in the bid requirements, declare the bidding a failure, or award the contract to the bidder whose offer is the most responsive, highest calculated bid, and most advantageous to the Government.
