He holds the distinction of having served the growing city of Alaminos for three straight terms as a dedicated and hardworking member of the Sangguniang Bayan.

Civic-wise, his leadership of the Rotary Club of Western Pangasinan and the Western Pangasinan Gun Club has been given due recognition from his peers and colleagues.

A product of the Great Plebeian College from high school to college, he has certainly upheld the tradition and spirit of service of the national hero for which this institution has been dedicated to.
