Residents of Brgy. Wawa in Lingayen evacuate their families and livestocks in the dike after two weeks of continuous heavy downpour that inundated their houses. As of August 10, Barangays Wawa-Basing boundary, Rosario-Lasip boundary, Bantayan and Balococ are currently not passable to all types of vehicles as floodwaters are now about knee-deep to chest-deep. All major thoroughfares in the province are passable except Salasa road in Bugallon where light vehicles cannot pass due to flooding. (PIO Photo by Ralph Conrad Soriano).
