Residents of Brgy. Wawa in Lingayen evacuate their families and livestocks in the dike after two weeks of continuous heavy downpour that inundated their houses. As of August 10, Barangays Wawa-Basing boundary, Rosario-Lasip boundary, Bantayan and Balococ are currently not passable to all types of vehicles as floodwaters are now about knee-deep to chest-deep.
