In order to minimize the risk of flooding in times of heavy rains, the provincial government will lead the drafting of a permanent protocol in discharging water from the San Roque dam as discussed during the regular session presided by Vice Gov. Jose Ferdinand Z. Calimlim, Jr. (left photo) at the San Roque Power Corporation Office in San Manuel last August 13. The Sangguniang Panlalawigan is set to conduct immediate committee hearings and will review the proposed protocol prepared by former Congressman Mark Cojuangco (right photo). The session was attended by members of the provincial board and various municipal/city officials or representatives (center photo). (PIO Photo by Meinard V. Sadim)
